All purchases made through our website are subject to our acceptance. We reserve the right to refuse any order you place with us. These restrictions may include orders placed by or under the same customer account, the same credit card, and/or orders that use the same billing and/or shipping address. In the event that we make a change to or cancel an order, we may attempt to notify you by contacting the e‑mail and/or billing address/phone number provided at the time the order was made. We reserve the right to limit or prohibit orders that, in our sole judgment, appear to be placed by dealers, resellers or distributors.
You agree to provide current, complete and accurate purchase and account information for all purchases. Payment is required at the time of purchase, and we accept various payment methods.
4. Shipping and Delivery
We aim to process and ship orders in a timely manner. Shipping times may vary depending on the destination and product availability. All orders within and out of Delhi/NCR are delivered in 3 to 5 days.
Delivery dates provided are estimates and not guaranteed. Due to logistical bottlenecks, it might not always be possible to ensure last-mile delivery to all areas within a specific time frame. Please check the deliverability in your area alongwith the delivery date while placing the order.
Please note: Due to the unforeseen circumstances, the delivery may take more than the standard time as committed which are out of our & our delivery partners control but in such situations (for prepaid orders ONLY), after lapsing the committed delivery time, you can call us to cancel your order and refund.
