Return and Refund Policy
We are committed to provide quality products to our customers. Since we are delivering eatables, we neither accept return / refund nor exchange requests. However, we do accept order cancellation requests within 4 hours of placing the order. To cancel the order, you can email us at cancel-order@gymbrosia.com using your registered email id. The email must contain the Order Id, Order Date and Registered Mobile Number.
If you cancel the order within 4 hours and you have already paid the order amount online, a refund will be credited back to the same mode of payment which was debited. The refund process generally takes 7-14 working days as per the bank policies and the payment gateway. If payment is made through Credit Card, the refund will be credited back within 7-14 working days after initiating the refund process or until your next billing cycle.
You will receive an email intimation from us about the processing of your refund. Thereafter, you are advised to contact your bank or credit card issuer for the status of your refund.

We will maintain a negative list of all fraudulent transactions and customers and would deny access to them or cancel any orders placed by them.]
