2. Shipping and Delivery

We aim to process and ship orders in a timely manner. Shipping times may vary depending on the destination and product availability. All orders within and out of Delhi/NCR are delivered in 3 to 5 days.
Delivery dates provided are estimates and not guaranteed. Due to logistical bottlenecks, it might not always be possible to ensure last-mile delivery to all areas within a specific time frame. Please check the deliverability in your area alongwith the delivery date while placing the order.
Please note: Due to the unforeseen circumstances, the delivery may take more than the standard time as committed which are out of our & our delivery partners control but in such situation (for prepaid order ONLY, after lapsing the committed delivery time), you can call us to cancel your order and refund.
